DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because digital products provide immediate or downloadable access to content, all sales of digital products are final.
Digital products are not returnable and are not eligible for refunds once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within it.
SERVICES
Payments for services are non-refundable and services are not returnable.
Once payment has been made or work has begun, refunds will not be provided except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement governing that specific service.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products sold through Brass Halo Society or Lyndsay’s Collective and fulfilled through Fourthwall are made to order.
Because these products are made to order, general returns, exchanges, and sizing-related returns are not accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or has another verified quality or fulfillment issue, Fourthwall may provide a replacement or refund in accordance with its current return and quality policies.
Customer support for products fulfilled through the Fourthwall product catalog is handled by Fourthwall.
For products that are independently sourced, shipped, or fulfilled outside of Fourthwall, separate policies may apply.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
CHARGEBACKS
If you experience a legitimate problem with an order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we have an opportunity to address the issue.
